Join a fast-growing roofing company with big expansion plans — we’re hiring a Roofing Sales Rep to focus on residential retail roofing. You’ll start by working local leads and generating your own through door-to-door (D2D) and referral outreach. Use best-in-class tech tools (Roofr) and get strong operational support to help you close more deals and deliver a great customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect neighborhoods and knock doors.
  • Inspect roofs (must be comfortable climbing).
  • Create proposals, close sales, and manage leads.
  • Follow up with customers through install.
  • Represent a high-integrity brand with quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales or D2D experience preferred, but not required. 
  • Strong work ethic, confidence, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with roofing terminology and workflow preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and learning new tools.
  • Adaptable and eager to grow with the company.
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements
  • This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office. 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Uncapped Commission
