What you will be doing

We are recruiting a compassionate, Christian therapist to join our team and provide clinical, evidence-based mental health counseling services as an outpatient therapist in our Rochester, MN clinic. Our clinical counseling services are rooted in evidence-based practices with a distinctly Christian approach

This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 6 months and 12 months of employment. This will start as a part-time role while you build your client caseload and has the potential to turn into a full-time role with consistent volume and demonstrated ability to meet billable encounter expectations. As a part-time employee, you’ll be eligible for our 401(k) plan and employer match policy, and our Paid Time Off (PTO) policy compliant with Minnesota regulations. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/vision, dental, life/AD&D and disability, available once you reach a full-time caseload.

Many of our clients choose CFS because they desire to have their care guided by principles and values of the Christian faith. Our approach embraces the two main aspects of the Bible’s teachings: God’s Law (His guide for living) and His Gospel (His forgiveness and grace when we and others fail to live according to the guidance He provides). As a therapist with Christian Family Solutions, you will meet clients where they are in terms of their faith. Any application of faith principles is done with the appropriate sensitivity and cultural competence that meets or exceeds the standards of our profession as outlined in the American Psychological Association’s ethical code. We provide excellent and compassionate care to all clients, regardless of socioeconomic background or faith affiliation.

You will receive guidance, support, and training on evidence-based care along with Christian integration techniques so that you can appropriately align the counseling experience with the principles of the Christian faith. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow.
