Position Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Overview:
This individual will be a full-time motivated, resourceful Customer Service Rep in Phoenix, AZ (on site). In this role, the Customer Service Rep will provide professional and timely support to our sales and account management teams and customers, while having the opportunity to wear multiple hats.
This is a fast-paced team environment in which this individual will partner with our customers and Sales Managers to process sales orders, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Execute customer inquiries: Quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
- Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Provide support to the inventory management team: Collect customers forecasts, communicate
- any shipping delays or inventory constraints
- Provide support to the finance team: Collect new forms to open and maintain customers’ accounts
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a customer service position with increasing responsibility
- Experience with ERP systems and data management (SAP)
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented and confident
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and cross functionality skills
- Expertise in MS Office, including intermediate or expert level in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Successful candidates will also have:
