About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented marketing professional to help grow Sifted’s brand presence and industry voice. As part of our collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in telling compelling stories, supporting events and campaigns, and making sure our brand shows up in the right places at the right time.


This role is a great fit for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, learn quickly, and take ownership of projects. You’ll gain experience across brand, communications, and content—working closely with teammates across marketing, sales, and client success.

Requirements
  • Support media and PR efforts, including responding to media inquiries, pitching media interviews, coordinating press releases, and managing media events
  • Plan and coordinate trade show participation, ensuring seamless execution of event logistics and messaging
  • Lead the creation of customer case studies by coordinating interviews, writing success stories, and working with design to bring them to life
  • Manage and optimize presence on third-party review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra), including review generation and reputation monitoring
  • Stay on top of industry news and competitor updates to help the team spot new opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with creative team on content development – including social media, advertising and online resources (long-form, blog, etc.)
  • Support day-to-day client communications (prospect email copy, client-facing communications, sales enablement, etc.) 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Related work experience and/or BA or BS in marketing, strategic communications or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a results-driven marketing environment. B2B/SaaS experience strongly preferred. 
  • Experience working with outside vendors, agencies and/or media partners, as well as a passion for building/nurturing these relationships. 
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be persistent and persuasive when needed. 
  • Obsessively organized and productive.
