Roles, Responsibilities

· Resolve in-depth security request for access to applications, systems, and file shares.

· Resolve requests for new employee onboarding, as well as emergent offboarding of departing staff or terminations.

· Apply the standards for managing network accounts and active directory groups ensuring accurate ownership and usage

· Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted performance metrics and objectives.

· Analyze and recommend process and procedure improvements to enhance the customer experience on an ongoing basis.

· Use the designated tools and technologies to manage and control user access across applications and network resources

· Appropriately document all required information into the ticketing system.

· Effectively escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team to ensure that the customer issue gets resolved.

· Learn and understand the full landscape of identity and access management within the organization.

Requirements

Requirements

· High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent/and minimum of one-year experience supporting, troubleshooting and repairing PCs.

· Experience with Service Now

· Active Directory knowledge and experience -- Understanding of MS Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO (Single Sign-On) is advantageous.

· Epic knowledge a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles

· Must keep UnityBPO, patient, and client information confidential.


Working Conditions

· Required to sit, walk, stand, bend over or stoop on a regular basis.

· Travel may be required

· Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components

· Flexibility to work off schedule when needed.
