This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role where you'll help customers upgrade their adventures and boost your earnings along the way.

As a vital part of the team, you'll help ensure sales are processed accurately and efficiently so our customers drive off with confidence and satisfaction!

  

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Customer Experience

  • Assist customers in-store with parts, gear, and upgrade options.
  • Recommend accessories that enhance RV and boating lifestyles.
  • Upsell products by matching features to customer needs.
  • Provide hands-on help and product education.

Support Inventory & Parts Ordering

  • Process orders accurately and track inventory.
  • Offer substitute or upgraded parts when needed.
  • Coordinate with service techs for timely parts delivery.

Work as a Team

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to grow revenue.
  • Build customer loyalty through trust and expertise.
  • Stay up to date on new products and trends.

  

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year in retail, auto parts, or dealership sales preferred.
  • Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling orders.
  • Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • Passion for camping, RVing, or outdoor life is a bonus!

Requirements

  

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership or auto parts retail store is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical parts is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent telephone and email etiquette.
  • Basic computer proficiency for order processing and inventory management.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Knowledge of RVs is helpful but not required; a passion for adventure is a must!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to efficiently analyze and fulfill customer requests using service manuals, databases, and reference materials.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone or email.
  • A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding goals.
Salary Description
$16 to $18 plus Commission
