Brought to life by the Wish You Were Here Group, this rooftop concept blends thoughtfully crafted cuisine, spirited cocktails, and warm hospitality—creating an experience that feels like an endless summer celebration.

The Role

We’re looking for talented and reliable Line Cooks to join our opening team. This is a rare opportunity to help launch one of the most exciting new rooftops in Los Angeles, where food and ambiance come together to create a truly transportive guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times
• Prepare fresh, coastal-inspired plates including grilled proteins, mezze, and shareable dishes
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen teammates and management
• Accommodate allergy and dietary requests with care
• Handle opening and closing tasks such as restocking, sanitizing, and station setup
• Participate in ongoing training, menu development, and team-building

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Comfort working with Mediterranean or fresh coastal ingredients (a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume service
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
