In the Marketing Coordinator role at Mortgage Center, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing team—ensuring everything from campaign calendars to partner toolkits is executed with precision and excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the master calendar of marketing campaigns, programs, and deliverables.
• Coordinating project workflows with internal team members and stakeholders.
• Leading weekly marketing check-ins and following up on assigned tasks.
• Tracking Credit Union partner toolkit delivery and engagement.
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing reports and performance dashboards.
• Supporting logistics for internal and partner events as well as internal marketing initiatives and communications.  

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with a creative and driven marketing team.
• Play a key role in both Direct-to-Consumer and Credit Union Partner marketing programs.
• Contribute to the growth and engagement of our brand and partner relationships.
• Help shape and improve marketing operations and processes.

  You'll have:

• A Bachelor’s  degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Experience in mortgage, credit union marketing, or financial services is a plus!
