Sales Manager
Description

Bectran is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets and drive sales performance. It is essential in this position that you are very experienced leading and closing long, consultative sales cycles in SaaS space. This role will report to the Senior Director of Sales and will be in office 5 days/week.


What You Will Do:

  • Provide coaching and development to AE’s to help them achieve their goals and grow professionally.
  • Work hands-on with the AE team, joining demos and sales calls throughout the sales cycle to help close new logo deals together with the AE’s.
  • Collaborate with AE’s consistently to guide them on work done off demos to help close their existing pipeline.
  • Optimize the sales systems and process, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the team.
  • Grow, manage, and maintain direct relationships with our partners
  • Continue to refine ways to teach how to best demonstrate our platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Drive significant growth from new clients, achieving or exceeding individual and team quotas and revenue goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the overall sales process at Bectran.
  • Meet with the Senior Director of Sales regularly to report on performance and strategize best ways to win certain accounts.
Requirements

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software sales with experience closing deals or managing an Account Executive team closing deals.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas (consistent top 20% performer).

• Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients and navigating a long sales cycle.

• Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets and/or guided a team to do the same

• Design sales process and sales CRM systems (Salesforce)

• Experience in Credit/AR and Order-to-Cash industry a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field.

Compensation & Benefits:

In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are subject to change based on evolving market conditions or business needs.
