About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Field Service Manager to lead our Beverage, Warewashing, Laundry, and Installation teams. You’ll manage a talented group of technicians while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead and develop our skilled field technicians and installation crew
•  Oversee system installations and ensure top-notch service delivery
•  Provide mentorship, performance coaching, and technical training
•  Collaborate across departments to exceed customer expectations
•  Monitor KPIs and solve service issues with urgency and professionalism
•  Maintain accountability for tools, inventory, and job quality

What You Bring:

•  Proven leadership in a technical service environment
•  Hands-on experience with beverage and warewashing systems
•  Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
•  Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•  Local to Denver or willing to relocate
