ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Responsible for inventory and the seeding process for the Living Organic Herbs and Microgreens products 
• Rotates with another Machine Operator to ensure the Company’s goals are met 
• Maintains a clean work environment 
• Assist other departments as needed, when acting as the secondary Operator 
• Responsible for seed application rate and product quality, when acting as the primary Operator 
• Calibrates, cleans, operates all parts of the machinery to run the seeding line 
• Follows instructions; verbal & written to stay on production schedule 
• Adheres to all Company’s process and policies 
• Other tasks might be assigned per management

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:  

• 6 months of experience in operating machinery preferred 
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred but not required 
• Able to lift 40 lbs. or more as needed 
• Must be able to operate a pallet-jack
