Description
Summary: Our Account Executives oversee the complete sales lifecycle, encompassing lead generation through deal closure. They are tasked with revenue generation through the identification of prospective client opportunities, delivery of compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, and skillful contract negotiation, all while upholding exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute FinPay’s SaaS sales strategy
- Generate leads
- Present the FinPay value proposition to potential clients
- Deliver in-person & video conference pitches; occasional cold-calling
- Leveraging personal network for the growth of FinPay
- Manage the Sales handoff of new clients to the Operations team
- Reporting prospect feedback and market needs to the Leadership and Operations teams to drive decision-making
- Track and measure sales funnel conversion rates and progress on meeting forecasted goals.
- Collaborate on the required functionality and customizations needed to track sales activity and strategies correctly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience
- Proven track record selling technology solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the behavioral healthcare sector.
- Candidates with knowledge of Behavioral & Mental Health, Substance Abuse, ABA Therapy, or Eating Disorders are preferred
- Experience as the principal point of contact and engaging directly with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to travel for in-person client prospects
