Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices to healthcare professionals and customers.

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices.

- Conduct training sessions for users on the proper operation and maintenance of devices.

- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer feedback and improve product performance.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance standards.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using computer software and diagnostic tools related to medical devices.
