Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Perform advanced diagnostics, overhauls, and repairs on Class 8 trucks and trailers.
• Ensure fleet compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level technicians to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Maintenance to develop and implement fleet optimization strategies and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Diesel Technician program.
• 5+ years of experience specializing in diesel repair and maintenance for Class 8 equipment.
• Advanced expertise with diagnostic tools, systems, and technical troubleshooting.
• Leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex repair projects.
