Responsibilities:

As a Patient Coordinator & Rehab Aide Hybrid, you will play a dual role in clinic operations, combining front desk responsibilities with direct patient support in an outpatient clinic. 


Patient Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance and handle referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.

Rehab Tech

  • Assist therapists with treatment sessions and provide patient support as directed.
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to ensure a welcoming experience for patients.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technology: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
