ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• learn about the customer's rental needs; work to upgrade them to a more premium vehicle as well as emphasize optional features and benefits that will enhance their experience
• review rental parameters with all customers to ensure understanding of rates, return date and times, optional charges, and other services
• answer questions, offer directions and local area information
• resolve customer service issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty
• provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
• communicate via telephone in a pleasant and supportive manner
• perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

• must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
