We are currently hiring a full-time Operator Trainer. This role will be responsible for providing Train the Trainer and operator training classes for Atlas employees and customers. 

Atlas Toyota Material Handling, part of the Atlas Companies, is an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer committed to providing quality service, premium equipment, and innovative solutions for companies of all sizes.

Your New Role: 

• Travel to all Atlas locations and local customer facilities to conduct scheduled trainings.
• Maintain and track records of completed training courses.
• Create training schedules for Operator and Train the Trainer courses in 6 month increments and provide the schedules to the Corporate Trainer, Vice President of Operations, and Marketing Department at least 30 days in advance.
• Communicate with customers who have training certifications expiring within 60 days and communicate next available class dates to renew certifications.
• Maintain training equipment and report any issues immediately to the Corporate Trainer and Vice President of Operations. 
• Conduct inventory on training equipment provided by Atlas.
• Provide invoices and training certificates to Atlas associates and customers who have completed training courses in a timely manner. 
• Respond to training questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong communication skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. 
• Have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Has the ability to work independently. 
• Bilingual is a plus.
