The Evening Houseperson/Maintenance Helper is responsible for assisting room attendants and entry level maintenance tasks and duties. This employee will also be responsible for addressing all common areas and answering all calls from the Front Desk Team. This applicant must be able to communicate effectively with our guests and fellow colleagues and be able to work evenings and have a flexible schedule.

Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Physical requirements:
- Flexible and long hours required.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during the entire shift.

- Comply with Presidian Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Must be able to understand and apply complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
