We’re seeking a Cabinet Vision Administrator passionate about woodworking, technology, and collaboration. Job Description and Essential Functions:
- Establish and document user needs in Cabinet Vision software.
- Proficient in programming, eliminating and testing UCS (user created standards) within Cabinet Vision.
- Proficient in programing and setting up various modules of Cabinet Vision, such as Bid Center, Screen to Machine, etc.
- Design, modify, test, implement and develop the database for projects in Cabinet Vision.
- Study and document data collection and administration policies, access rules and security.
- Develop policies and procedures for network use and access, as well as policies and procedures for backing up and restoring data.
- Provide Cabinet Vision software problem solving services, support, and advice to internal system users.
- Provide training for all users and ensure the proper integration of new software updates.
- Optimizing the tools and methods to improve the productivity of Designer and Drafting personnel.
- Communicate with users having difficulty with the software to determine a solution to problems encountered.
- Collect data, organize, document, and maintain a problem and solution log for reference.
- Test, configure, maintain, and repair Cabinet Vision software for internal customers, as needed.
- Research and develop cabinet millwork and manufacturing process solutions.
- Participate in the writing of new specifications for the software.
- Consult user groups, technical manuals, and other documents to identify and implement fixes and solutions.
- Write documentation relating to computer systems (technical procedures, work schedules, etc.)
- Remain connecting to the market regarding new versions of Cabinet Vision and its related products.
- Maintain and develop the Cabinet Vision library to add / modify products and optimize its use.
- Experience in both Framed and frameless cabinetry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-5 years experience in Cabinet Vision preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Cabinet Vision software.
- Experience with cabinetry applications such as installation and manufacturing.
- Experience working with wood working machinery such as CNC’s and panel saws.
- Active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills using MS Office products, ERP and specialized software programs.
- Team player with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under tight timelines.

Education: High School diploma or GED required.
