Gravity Haus is seeking a Houseperson/Laundry Attendant to join our growing team. As a Houseperson, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences while working steps from the lifts, surrounded by fresh air, world-class skiing, and a vibrant community. What You’ll Do
- Deliver and retrieve linen, supplies, and amenities to/from guest rooms and housekeeping closets
- Strip rooms, prep for housekeeping, and assist with turndown and in-room refreshes
- Clean and maintain all public and common areas including lobbies, stairwells, hallways, kitchens, lounges, conference rooms, and amenities spaces
- Assist with guest needs including delivery of special requests, amenities, and housekeeping support
- Perform basic in-room housekeeping duties when needed, including making beds, emptying trash, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and light dusting
- Handle soiled linens and trash removal from guest rooms and common areas
- Operate laundry equipment to wash and dry linens, ensuring all items are cleaned and processed efficiently
- Fold, organize, and restock linens as needed while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly laundry area
- Complete daily linen and supply inventories and ensure storage areas are clean and organized
- Report maintenance issues, guest property damage, or safety concerns according to procedure
- Support the Maintenance team with minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal
- Use carts, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report and turn in all lost and found items promptly
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and general clean & preventive maintenance (GCPM) as scheduled
- Respond to urgent “Haus-keeping” needs such as spills, breakages, and guest room resets
- Communicate effectively with all Gravity Haus teammates to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador by fostering a welcoming, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests and team members alike
