AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education. We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.
Builds employer partnerships to support internship, apprenticeship, and job placement opportunities for program graduates. Acts as the employment liaison, guiding students through job readiness and placement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage employers in the clean energy and construction sectors.
· Coordinate employer site visits, interviews, and hiring events.
· Maintain employer database and track placement outcomes.
· Support participants in resume writing, applications, and interviews.
· Collaborate with instructors and support staff to align training with job demand.
Bachelor’s in Workforce Development, Business, or related field
Experience in employer engagement
Knowledge of local labor markets and job readiness services
