Schedule: Flexible hours available from Monday to Sunday 

Position Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) or Full-Time options available


Position Overview: As an HVAC Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales leads while engaging with customers in retail environments. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by collecting and inputting customer information into our tracking system, setting the stage for a seamless bid process.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate HVAC sales leads through proactive engagement in retail stores.

• Input customer information accurately into our tracking system to facilitate the sales process.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with store associates to enhance marketing efforts.

• Provide valuable feedback to management regarding consumer insights and trends.

• Educate potential customers about our HVAC products and services, highlighting key brand points.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

• Stand and engage with customers for extended periods, showcasing your commitment to lead generation.


Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

• A positive attitude and an outgoing personality, with comfort in public speaking.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

• A passion for HVAC and a desire to excel in sales and marketing.
