The Clinical Receptionist will serve a key role in representing our organization within the community. The person in this role works well in a team and loves to help others. Optimal candidate will have good multi-tasking skills and would like to learn new systems. This role reports directly to the Business Office Manager, under the supervision of the Administrative Operations Manager.

Customer Service Duties:
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage front desk operations, including client check-in and check-out.
- Process accounts receivable by collecting co-pays and verifying payment details.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using the EHR system (InSync).
- Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all clients.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain business office standards, including but not limited to:
- Staying current with clinician schedules and scheduling requests.
- Managing office records through scanning, importing, and maintaining files and documents.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support office operations.

EDUCATION: High School or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Customer Service, High Volume Phones, Multi-tasking
REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent written skills; knowledge of database and word processing software; ability to multitask; detail-oriented
PREFERRED SKILLS: Spanish (preferred, not required)
