Account Manager – Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Own the client experience by serving as the primary point of contact between clients, sales, and the production team.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the production process, providing updates, confirming details, and addressing any concerns before they arise.
• Enter and manage job details using PACE, ensuring specifications, materials, schedules, and quality expectations are clear and accurate.
• Use HubSpot to track client interactions and support sales in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Review proofs, coordinate approvals, and schedule press checks to ensure each project meets high-quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Leverage technology (Teams and Outlook) to stay organized, track projects, and maintain clear communication.
• Follow up on completed projects, gathering feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

• You have a strong understanding of print production and USPS mailing standards.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in account management, commercial printing, direct mail, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience using PACE for production tracking and job management is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM (i.e., HubSpot) for client relationship management and sales support is preferred.
