Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse / Parts Specialist to join our team. This hands-on position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, light purchasing, and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring parts are accurately received, stored, shipped, and available when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups
- Staging parts for Tech jobs
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly stock parts
- Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system
- Assist with purchasing: create purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and source parts as needed.
- Update and maintain parts pricing, costs, and master data within the ERP system
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as needed
- Ship parts via FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers
- Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments

Requirements
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or parts department role (automotive, industrial, or similar industry preferred)
- Experience using an ERP system strongly preferred
- Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Forklift certificate needed within 30 days of start date.
