Outside Sales Representative - HVAC

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct in-home consultations and assessments
  • Provide detailed quotes for air conditioning and heating
  • Close sales and maintain customer relationships
  • Follow up on maintenance agreements and service contracts

Required Skills:

  • Sales experience, preferably in home services
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  • CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Key Functions:

  • Territory management and lead generation
  • Accurate job estimating and proposal creation
  • Contract negotiation and closing
  • Customer education on products/services
  • Maintenance agreement sales
  • Emergency service sales
  • Documentation of sales activities

Compensation:

  • Average Annual salary $80,000-$150,000 - Unlimited Commission
  • Vehicle allowance/company vehicle
  • Benefits package
  • Sales incentives/bonuses

Work Environment:

  • Field-based position
  • Regular travel within assigned territory
  • Some evening/weekend availability required
  • On-call rotation possible
