Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Retention Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Identify opportunities across all service lines to expand customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Uncover additional service needs within clients’ supply chains.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity reports.
  • Uphold company values and maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Requirements
  •  Minimum 1 year of inside or outside sales experience required.
  • Experience in transportation or freight preferred; logistics, warehousing & distribution, or supply chain experience considered.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and pricing tools.

$50,000 - $65,000 + incentives
