Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts in selecting and ordering parts
• Accurately look up and locate parts using electronic catalog systems
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges 
• Maintain organized stockroom and inventory levels
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Provide timely and knowledgeable support to service department and customers

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive parts or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks 
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
