Overview:

The International Sales Operations Associate will assist the International Sales team and the International Planning team with multiple aspects of merchandising and global operational needs to enhance sales and profitability for the area. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the International Sales team to streamline and manage the sales process
• Create and uphold a reliable shipping process from Dayton while offering guidance to sales to consolidate shipments
• Assist the Dayton shipping team as accounts present questions related to their orders
• Understand and help process current details for accounts such as addresses, contacts, and shipping needs
• Uphold maintenance and keep order details current in our system
• Partner with the Sales and Sourcing teams for seasonal orders and validations
• Address open issues related to accounts and/or systems to help resolve efficiently and in the best way
• Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising or related field
• 1+ years of related experience in planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (must have advanced excel skills)
