•  Continuously assess and document risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions.

•  Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning and testing.

•  Support the design of redundant systems and failover strategies for critical

infrastructure.

policies.

•  Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity issues, and device configurations

across LAN/WAN environments.

•  Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for uptime and performance issues.

Helpdesk Escalation & End-User Support

•  Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical support cases from internal helpdesk

staff.

•  Troubleshoot issues related to cloud access, SSO, security policies, endpoint management, and

Microsoft 365 productivity tools.

•  Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior support staff as needed.

Project Management & Implementation

•  Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, security rollouts,

and SaaS integrations.

•  Maintain comprehensive documentation, change control records, and test plans for all

projects.

•  Participate in cross-departmental planning meetings to align IT efforts with broader business

objectives.

Logging / Monitoring / Automation Tooling

•  Support log integration, security monitoring, and alert tuning for Arctic Wolf SIEM and other

tooling.

•  Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or policy-based automation

tools.

Required Qualifications

•  5+ years of progressive IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, networking, and cloud

administration.

insurance, healthcare, etc.).

•  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•  Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for administration tasks (preferred).
