Description

 

Blaze is currently hiring for a Personal Banker at our St Cloud branch.  As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. You’ll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey. 


You’ll be part of a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role is vital—not only in supporting our members’ success but also in driving Blaze’s growth and mission forward. 


Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions

Requirements

  

What You Will Do: 

  • Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs 
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts 
  • Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines 
  • Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction 
  • Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Your Schedule: 

  • This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.  (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked). 
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

  • You have a minimum High School degree or GED (required)   
  • You have a minimum of two years’ experience working in financial services, which includes opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management 
  • You are eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire 
  • Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; experience in sales and customer service is a plus

The salary range for this position is: $23.81-$28.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
