Description

Join a high-performing, customer-focused automotive team! We’re seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Used Car Sales Department
  • Hire, train, motivate, and manage the used car sales team
  • Drive and manage used vehicle sales performance to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Appraise trade-ins and purchase vehicles for inventory
  • Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability and turnover
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, wholesalers, and financial institutions
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership reputation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department leaders on business strategies and opportunities
  • Monitor and enforce sales process adherence and compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in used car operations
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of current market trends, inventory management, and digital merchandising strategies
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
Salary Description
$120,000 - $180,000
