Strong relationship building skills and communication skills are key – we are looking for someone who is responsive, a great listener, and an engaging interviewer.  And you should also like to laugh! This is 30-40 hours per week, benefits-eligible position, Monday through Friday but flexible schedule available. Travel is primarily local during the business day as needed between our Andover, Lawrence, and Chelmsford sites.

Requirements 

· Associate degree in human resources or related field of study, and/or a combination of college education and related work experience in a human resources function. 

· Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the non-profit, human services or clinical sector.

· Knowledge of relevant employment laws, and HR best practices around talent acquisition.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.

· Solid experience using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook email, databases and HRIS systems. 

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and timely follow up abilities.

· History of maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries while displaying qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to PDC’s mission, vision, and values.

· Frequently sitting while working and/or attending meetings/training for extended periods of time.  

· Ability to bend and lift 15 lbs. or less to perform office tasks and move around the building as necessary.

Salary Description
60,000-65,000
