About the Role:

We are currently seeking a licensed Advanced Dental Therapist (ADT) to join our Maple Grove team. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact from day one — delivering high-quality care, educating patients, and working alongside a collaborative clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive and restorative dental care within the scope of practice for an ADT
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a supervising dentist
• Deliver patient-centered education and promote oral health best practices
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation
• Support a positive team culture through communication and collaboration
• Contribute to practice growth and community outreach initiatives

Licensed Advanced Dental Therapist in the state of Minnesota (active and in good standing)

Current BLS/CPR certification

Experience in a private or community dental setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and patient education skills

Passion for access-to-care and health equity initiatives
