Fri: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Early Fridays)

What You’ll Do
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment
- Prep parts (cleaning, masking, touch-ups) for a flawless finish
- Inspect work to ensure quality, color, and consistency
- Monitor curing ovens and line speed for perfect results
- Mix coatings and keep everything running smoothly
- Work with the team to keep production moving
