Housekeeper-Oakmont North
Description


We are seeking a housekeeper to work with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth transition on turnovers and to maintain a clean and neat appearance of all common areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Vacant apartment prep
  • Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, to include but not limited to appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures

2. Janitorial

  • Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily

3. Other duties as assigned

  • Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Aptitude for cleanliness
  • Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals
  •  Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
  • Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
  • Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies
  • Ability to drive a golf cart

Education and Experience:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds and running and lifting over twenty-five (25) pounds occasionally
