Description
We are seeking a housekeeper to work with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth transition on turnovers and to maintain a clean and neat appearance of all common areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Vacant apartment prep
- Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, to include but not limited to appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures
2. Janitorial
- Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily
3. Other duties as assigned
- Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Aptitude for cleanliness
- Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals
- Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
- Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
- Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
- Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies
- Ability to drive a golf cart
Education and Experience:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
