- Forge new relationships with Installers and wholesalers to drive new account growth.
- Leverage our extensive catalog of Euro products and IHBs to provide installers with quality products at affordable prices and exceptional customer service.
- Reactivate lapsed accounts, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure these accounts remain active.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships, promoting our range of auto parts, tools, shop equipment, and programs.
- Identify and qualify new sales prospects, leveraging relationships with internal resources to enhance product knowledge and develop your network.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize their business performance in areas like time to market, service levels, and customer satisfaction, driving the account's strategic vision and planning, including revenue growth.
- Implement automated CRM alerts and notifications to prompt timely follow-up actions and prevent leads from falling through the cracks.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, marketing, and operations, to provide the best possible service and solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals through effective sales pipeline development, understanding sales metrics, and other assigned sales functions and processes.
- Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with a strong technical knowledge and aptitude for performance products. At least 2+ Years of experience required.
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts, with a strong ability to influence and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales, with a track record of engaging with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships considered a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with proficiency in the complete sales process and CRM software (ZOHO)
- Passion for automotive customization, with an independent and proactive work style.
