We are currently seeking a courteous, reliable Courtesy Shuttle Driver to support our service department and provide transportation for our valued customers.

Job Summary:
As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, maintaining a clean and professional shuttle vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure a pleasant shuttle experience

· Drive customers to and from the dealership and designated locations in a timely and safe manner

· Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition

· Assist with light duties in the service department during downtime (e.g., vehicle relocation, general upkeep)

· Monitor shuttle schedule and communicate effectively with the service advisor team

· Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety regulations

· Previous driving or customer service experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance

· Ability to sit and drive for extended periods

· Must pass a background check and drug screening

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
