NetCentrics is seeking a Inside/OSD Manager (TS/SCI Clearance) to support secure telecommunications infrastructure operations at the Pentagon. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of both inside and outside plant cabling systems in a classified environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and hold an active RCDD certification.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the installation, maintenance, and documentation of fiber and copper cabling systems across inside and outside plant environments.
- Lead and coordinate all cabling activities in secure areas in accordance with DoD standards, including SIPR/NIPR/JWICS networks.
- Supervise teams performing structured cabling work and ensure compliance with BICSI, TIA/EIA, and UFC guidelines.
- Ensure safe execution of confined space entries in manholes, handholes, and vaults, as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, including as-built drawings, pathway designs, and test results.
- Serve as a technical liaison between government stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Support inspections, audits, and reporting requirements as directed by program leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (must be verifiable).
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside/Outside Plant infrastructure design and implementation.
- Proven ability to manage telecommunications projects in high-security or mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, fiber optics, copper terminations, and associated testing tools (OTDR, Fluke).
- Familiarity with confined space safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Preferred or Desired Qualifications/Certifications/Education, etc.:
- Prior experience working in the Pentagon or similar DoD secure facilities.
- Knowledge of TEMPEST, COMSEC, and other secure communications requirements.
- Proficiency in infrastructure design software (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD, or NetTerrain).
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
