Requirements
- Make outbound calls to consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a professional manner.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Document all interactions and account activities accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Handle disputes or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow all company and client guidelines to ensure legal and ethical collection practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in third-party collections or outbound sales ONLY.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve customer concerns.
- Capable of identifying solutions and making sound decisions.
- Dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented in all tasks.
