Day to Day Includes:
- Diagnosing plumbing issues — from mysterious leaks to water pressure puzzles.
- Repairing and maintaining systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Installing new plumbing systems and water heaters (traditional and tankless).
- Tackling drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Providing top-notch customer service — explaining issues clearly and building trust.
- Ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.
- Maintaining your company vehicle and tools with pride.
What YOU Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade.
- A valid, state-specific driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and adapt to new situations.
- A passion for craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
Additional Details
Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
Work Environment: Expect a mix of indoor and outdoor work — sometimes in the heat, rain, or other conditions.
