As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely vendor payments. You’ll be responsible for processing incoming invoices, verifying financial data for accuracy, and preparing payments in an efficient and timely manner. Your work will support our mission to maintain operational excellence and provide outstanding service to our care centers.

Accounts Payable Clerk Essential Functions:
- Process invoices received from physician practices
- Process invoices through our internal accounting software
- Process checks once issued
- Maintain regular communication with physician practices
Accounts Payable Clerk Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
- Ability to read invoices and credit card statements for G/L coding
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
