Salary: Up to $82,500 year

Location: Cushing, OK (onsite)

As PMC’s Inpatient Social Worker, your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance.

  • Care: Provide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management to patients and families. 
  • Community: Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills. Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
  • Compliance: Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit.


Requirements
  • Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
  • Two or more years of previous experience in all aspects of social service with an emphasis in psychiatric work.
  • Current certification/training in the management of disruptive and assaultive behavior.
  • BLS
  • Handle with Care will be provided
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills
