Territory Manager


Position Summary: Represent LX Hausys in VT, NH, and ME.  Implement strategic marketing and planning with my partners to grow HI-MACS, Viatera, and Tercanto sales and market share. Uphold the LX Hausys way.
 

Responsibilities:

· Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately.

· Keep existing Viatera and HI-MACS accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products and add new accounts.

· Support fabricators with samples and literature.

· Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.)

· Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales. 

· Support fabricator warranty issues.

· Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basis.

· Manage Salesforce 

· Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small.

Requirements

 

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

Education and Work Experience:

· Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.

· Experience selling building materials.

· Knowledge of key customers within the territory is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

· Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

· Energetic focus on sales and business development

· Ability to be creative and a problem solver

Physical Demands:  

· Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.

· Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time.

· Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs.

· Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

· Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory and rest in home office.

· Overnight travel is determined by Territory Manager.
