Position Summary

This position helps C&W DustTech to achieve our mission and vision through the effective and efficient completion of the essential duties listed below. As a Finish Out Tech, you will play a crucial role in the production function of this company. You will collaborate with various departments and external parties to maintain our Quality Standards and support our continued growth.

Essential Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Essential Duties:

•  Locate, and ensure all parts are accurately pulled for each job, and match parts list on “Job Traveler”
• Look over each unit for defects in workmanship, before beginning work
• Work with other team members to correctly install everything necessary for the job
• Make sure unit is clean and ready to present to QC for final approval
• Work with QC to check operation of unit if necessary
• Accurately record time in computer after each job
• Complete assignments on-time and accurately
• Clean your work area after each job and prepare for the next job coming

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses and Certifications: NA

Experience: 2+ years assembly and/or Mechanical experience required

Skills:

• List skills required.
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be able to operate computerized time keeping device to add labor to jobs
• Must have a working knowledge of reading blueprints
• Be mechanically minded and have a working knowledge of hand tools
• Must use all hand tools and company equipment in a safe manner
• Must abide by all company mandated, safety requirements, when on the property
• Must be a good Team member

Other Requirements:

• Must maintain excellent attendance record.
• Must pass drug test and physical.

Other Physical Requirements:

Work Environment

The Position title will work primarily in the manufacturing environment, and subject to some outdoor environmental conditions, with exposure to occasional temperatures below 32 degrees or above 100 degrees. The noise level in the environment may be moderate to loud.
