 This position may be hired at either the Intermediate or Senior level depending on experience. 


 What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce—especially CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Design and implement scalable business processes, automations, and integrations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
  • Champion data integrity, user management, and security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 4–6 years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong expertise in CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce best practices, demonstrated through successful project implementations.
  • Experience with Certinia Financial Management Cloud is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:


This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods  of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work  environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds may be required.
