Office Administrator

Position Summary: 

The Office Administrator will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Blue Core facility. This role involves hands-on coordination with production, procurement, and inventory teams, ensuring timely entry of data and seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support production team by managing daily administrative tasks 
  • Perform and record accurate inventory counts and reconciliations 
  • Enter and manage purchase orders and vendor information 
  • Assist in shipping and receiving parts and coordinating logistics 
  • Monitor and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows 
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and purchase order issues 
  • Maintain updated records of inventory transactions 
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries 
  • Provide administrative assistance to the facility as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of office administration or operations support experience 
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, purchase orders, and logistics processes 
  • Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR experience preferred) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
