We are looking for someone with at least one year of personal assistant experience, supporting executives in a fast-moving environment. In this role, your top priority will be working directly with our CEO: managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling personal tasks, and anticipating needs before they arise.
You will also provide support to keep our San Diego office running smoothly, including organizing lunches, greeting visitors, and helping with occasional on-site needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordinate personal logistics, including errands, pet care, meal planning, and appointments.
- Prepare thoughtful gifts or experiences for internal and external recipients on behalf of the CEO.
Office Coordination:
- Oversee daily office needs, including supplies, hospitality, events, and vendor communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for the San Diego office, welcoming guests and maintaining a professional environment.
- Organize in-office lunches, small events, and meeting hospitality needs.
Administrative Support:
- Assist internal teams with scheduling, onboarding tasks, invoice tracking, and general administrative support.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors, building management, and IT to resolve any in-office needs.
You’ll be based in our San Diego office, with occasional travel to Los Angeles and some flexibility required for evenings or weekends.
Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills & Abilities
- At least one year of experience as a personal assistant
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives with a high level of discretion and ownership
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across stakeholders and departments
- Skilled at managing multiple, varied tasks with calm efficiency
- Highly organized with sharp time management and strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Experience managing personal support or tasks for executives
- Confident problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic environment and 1+ year as a personal assistant
- Preferred: Familiarity with the sports or entertainment industry and a working knowledge of agency or digital content workflows
