Your daily contributions are key to shaping an environment where love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control are discovered anew by both our team and the elderly we serve.

• Perform on-going and preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot and service appliances and equipment as needed.
• Complete life safety checklists and documentation.
• Perform apartment/room turnovers.
• Good mechanical ability and a general knowledge of mechanics.
• Possess basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC.
• General knowledge of maintenance equipment and ability to operate properly.
• Ability to work efficiently, with a minimum amount of super-vision.
• Possess a keen awareness of safety precautions necessary while performing duties.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Required to maintain a good driving record.

Job Type: Part-time; 3 to 4 days a week

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
