ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our admissions and school offices. This position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in our Early Childhood program. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter who is comfortable managing a variety of tasks, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative school environment.



WHAT YOU WILL DO


Administrative Support (Approximately 6 hours daily):

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the admissions and main school offices
  • Manage calendars and internal coordination
  • Assist with event preparation and logistics
  • Prepare welcome packages for prospective families
  • Support the Parent Liaison with administrative tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and office organization
  • Provide occasional client-facing support during admissions events

Early Childhood Support (Approximately 2 hours daily):

  • Supervise before-care for preschool students (ages 2–5) from 7:30–8:30 AM
  • Set up and monitor preschool lunch period
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized environment for young children

Requirements
  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in an educational setting
  • Experience working with children aged 2–5
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Punctuality and reliability, especially for early morning coverage
  • Fully authorized to work in the United States
Salary Description
$22-$25 per hour
